Early Head Start
Children Aged 0 to 3 Years Old
Our program, sponsored by PLCCA, supports the mental, social, and emotional development of children from birth to age 3. In addition to educational services, we provide support that honors each child's and family's unique ethnic, cultural, and linguistic heritage.
For pregnant women, infants, and toddlers.
Available until the child turns 3, preparing them for transition to another pre-K program.
Offers early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive services for infants and toddlers.
RLA Learning Center Preschool Program
Children Aged 3 to 5 Years Old
This program’s mission is to engage families, childcare providers, and the community in delivering a high-quality educational experience that fosters a love of learning in young children through a supportive environment.
For children ages 3 to 5 who are not yet eligible for kindergarten.
Funded by the Learning Center and generous donations.
Additional educational services and materials.
Preschool is available for licensed childcare centers in Chicago that hold a current and valid license from DCFS.
RLA Before and After School Program
Children Aged 5 to 13 Years Old
The Before and After School program serves children ages 5 to 13. We provide a safe and fun environment, offering a range of services designed to support your child’s needs.
Homework assistance and tutoring.
Daily required meals.
A variety of fun activities.
A commitment to quality services in a safe environment!
